34 years of the city of Medellín, At age 27, she started in the Crossfit and was one of the first women to practice this sport in the country and receive certification as a level 1 and 2 coach in this discipline.

Five years ago she owns a box business, working to promote the crossfit community in Medellin and Colombia, because she wants to change people's lifestyle, through health and sports.
